Heat your ingot in a forge that is bent on throwing a hot piece of coal at you, pro tip - avoid them with your mouse movement.

Wrestle with your hammer by pressing W A S D at the right time, and smack the grin out of that bratty anvil by aligning hammer with your mouse, and ingot with A and D.
